The site is operated by Marlon Ramos, a real estate salesperson licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE #02178561), affiliated with Luxury Collective. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is for
The site is a marketing and information service for people who are buying, selling or renting property in Los Angeles and the surrounding area, and for people interested in the home-cleaning services described on it. It is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or over.
2. No professional advice, and no agency relationship
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and nothing on it creates a real-estate agency relationship between you and Marlon Ramos. An agency relationship is created only by a written agreement signed by both of us. Please consult an attorney, an accountant or a lender about your own circumstances before you act.
3. Property information
Property listings shown on this site come from the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS) and are displayed under the CRMLS IDX rules. That data is supplied by third parties. It is believed reliable but it is not guaranteed accurate, it can change without notice, and a property shown as available may already be in escrow or withdrawn. Prices, taxes, square footage, lot size, room counts, school assignments and permit status must be independently verified by you. The listings page carries the full CRMLS disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
4. Information you send us
When you complete a form on this site you ask to be contacted about your enquiry. Please send accurate details, and please do not send confidential or sensitive information through a web form. Submitting a form does not create any obligation on either of us until a written agreement is signed.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, copy, republish or resell the listing data, in whole or in part.
- Do not use the site or its data for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Do not use contact details published here to send unsolicited commercial messages.
6. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, video and design of this site belong to Marlon Ramos or to the parties who licensed them, except for third-party marks and MLS content, which belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
7. Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services, including YouTube, social networks and a home valuation tool. Those services are controlled by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
