This policy explains what marlonramosre.com collects about you, why, and what you can do about it. The site is operated by Marlon Ramos, a California-licensed real estate salesperson (DRE #02178561) affiliated with Luxury Collective. For the purposes of this policy, Marlon Ramos is the party responsible for your information.

1. What we collect

• What you send us. When you submit the contact form or the house cleaning quote form we receive your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. The quote form also asks for the property address, the type of cleaning you want and the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms.
• Technical information. Our hosting and security providers record ordinary server data — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request — to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.
• Third-party embeds. Pages that embed YouTube videos load content from Google. Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. We use the privacy-enhanced YouTube domain, which limits that to the videos you actually play.

We do not ask for, and the forms on this site do not collect, a Social Security number, a bank or card number, or any government identification number. Please do not send those through a web form.

2. Why we use it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry, to provide the real estate or cleaning service you asked about, and to keep the records a licensed agent is required to keep. We use technical information to operate and secure the site. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

3. Marketing

If you contact us we may follow up about your enquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list without your agreement, and every marketing message will tell you how to stop receiving them. Asking us to stop marketing does not stop us replying to an active enquiry.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with people who need it to do the work:

• Luxury Collective, the brokerage under which Marlon Ramos is licensed.
• Service providers who run the site, its forms and its email, under contract and only on our instructions.
• The cleaning provider, when you have asked for a cleaning quote.
• Other parties to a transaction you are part of — such as a lender, an escrow or title company, or a co-operating agent — when the transaction requires it.
• Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept for up to two years. Records connected to an actual transaction are kept for at least three years after the transaction closes, which is the period California real estate law requires, and sometimes longer where another law applies.

6. Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, the right to receive a copy of it, the right to have it corrected, and the right to have it deleted. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting us using the details below; we will not treat you differently for exercising them. We will verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorised agent.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions travel encrypted. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us and we limit who can see it.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
